As a former mediocre basketball player and above-average runner, I have been training in one form or another for the better part of a decade. But when my short-lived running career ended in high school, so did my passion for working out. I kept training to stay in shape, but I didn’t particularly enjoy it. Until I discovered CrossFit, and more specifically, the powerful combination of strength training and high intensity training. For the first time in a long time, I had goals I was working towards, and I was actually hitting them.
My intention for my clients is the same — to identify their goals and provide them with the accountability, consistency, and guidance necessary to achieve those goals. I believe that the way you train has the potential to impact your life far beyond the gym. Witnessing my clients succeed and push past the boundaries of what they thought they could do both inside and outside of the gym is why I do what I do. I work with all skill levels, and I focus on addressing the unique, individual needs of each of my clients. Interested in learning more? Shoot me a note here.
